SO, WHAT CAN YOU Expect?
To set you up for a high impact, results-packed experience, Mel will invite you to complete a range of preparation exercises. This process will provide you with self-diagnostic data to add substance and meaning to the lessons you will cover during the retreat. Through these exercises, you will gain valuable insights about yourself and obtain a starting point for creating sustainable, positive change in your life. You’ll also be invited to join a private Facebook Group, exclusively for your retreat group, so you’ll get to connect and engage with each other before you meet in person
After arriving in Bali earlier that day, you will kick off the week with cocktails and a warm welcome from Mel and her team. Connecting, networking, gossiping and sharing stories, you will start to forge an important bond with the women in your group. This will be your first opportunity to spend time with Mel and a fantastic opportunity to get to know her before the formal learning starts tomorrow. After a few cocktails, you’ll be surprised how forthcoming she is with ‘behind the scenes’ details from her TV experience!
MONDAY – THE DIAGNOSIS
You’ll start each weekday with the same ritual this week. A nurturing yoga class followed by a guided meditation led by Mel. Following the morning ritual today, Mel will help you to interpret your psychological profiles and inspire you to build a strong level of self awareness and insight. It will be like looking into a high-powered mirror and peering into a science-based crystal ball (without all the woo woo). This afternoon, we have planned a Balinese Cooking Class especially for you and your group! Gorgeous food and a few giggles to diffuse any tension from the day.
TUESDAY – YourSELF
After your morning ritual today, Mel will introduce you to some of the most powerful techniques for building self esteem and confidence, redirecting fears and developing a positive mindset. She will share some of the secrets typically reserved for the therapy chair, tips that will enable you to master your self talk and kick anxiety to the kerb. Today is all about YOU. You will learn how to uplevel your life satisfaction and wellbeing, plus some life hacks to implement every day for a happier, more relaxed and confident life experience. After the workshop, you might choose to indulge in your spa treatment this afternoon.
WEDNESDAY – CAREER + LIFE PURPOSE
Following the morning ritual today, you will start to apply your new knowledge to your career and life purpose. Whether you are climbing the corporate ladder, starting-up a new entrepreneurial venture, making a career transition, contributing to a higher cause or managing a household, today will help you to get crystal clear about your purpose. By learning to leverage your strengths and take control of your career direction, you will discover how to be the best version of you at work. Your personal brand will come into the spotlight as you clarify and own your career future. After the workshop, you might choose to indulge in your massage, facial or body treatment this afternoon.
THURSDAY – RELATIONSHIPS + LOVE
After the yoga and meditation today, you will shift your focus to your relationships. You might be in a relationship, building a family or travelling solo, it doesn’t matter, today will be about empowering you to choose and create the relationships you deserve. You will also spend time delving into the complexities of female friendships (something we all have experience with). You will gain valuable skills for asserting yourself and getting what you need in all relationships, and learn new ways to influence the people in your life. Following today’s workshop, you might opt for a luxurious spa treatment.
FRIDAY – THE DESIGN
Following the morning ritual today, you will shift your focus to your future. Today is all about consolidating your learning across the week to draw out your key lessons and transform your insight into action. This is where it gets exciting! You will gain access to the latest strategies for building a life vision and goal setting to make you accountable … to yourself. You will walk away with a comprehensive plan and values-based strategies to achieve Your Best Life.
SATURDAY – INSPIRATION
This morning, we celebrate together over breakfast! Mel will guide you through a less formal session, address any of your questions and ensure you have everything you need to step into Your Best Life after the retreat.

Your Retreat Venue Tucked among lush, tropical gardens and tranquil lotus ponds on the southwest coast of Bali, Peppers Seminyak is a world-class Villa resort steeped in luxury and relaxation. Only seven kilometres from Denpasar International Airport, the resort is within easy walking distance to Seminyak’s fashionable designer boutiques and upscale restaurants.
Immediately upon arrival at Peppers Seminyak, you will be embraced in unparalleled comfort. Each of the exquisite villas boasts a garden setting with a private pool, sundeck with reclining loungers, and indoor/outdoor marble bathrooms with generous sunken baths.

Good question! As a psychologist registered with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia) Mel is not permitted to publish testimonials. No worries. Mel will be running regular retreats in Bali so make sure you register for her wait list and you’ll be the first to know when the next dates are released.
Yes. Mel is committed to keeping the retreat groups small so you’ll have lots of opportunities for 1:1 and small group interaction with her.
Sure. Sometimes intensive experiences like this retreat can bring issues to the surface and you may require some additional support. You are welcome to sign up for the post retreat coaching package now or speak to Mel during the retreat about a customised package.
